Ford has just finished off one heck of a 2010 here in the States, with big sales increases and improved profitability. The same can apparently be said north of the border, as the Toronto Star notes that Big Blue has managed a 19 percent sales increase compared to 2009. Perhaps more impressive is the probability that Ford even trumped General Motors in Canadian sales for the first time in more than half a century. According…
