    Randy opened Anderson Ford in 1988.  He was born and raised in Lexington, IL and graduated from Lexington High School in 1974. In his younger years, Randy enjoyed working on and racing motorcycles and cars with his brothers. From 1981-1988, Randy owned and operated Anderson Kawasaki in Bloomington IL. Randy loves spending time with his wife Ann and two daughters Rachel and Rebecca, showing horses and boating.  Randy is the head Girls Track & Field coach at Clinton Community High School and is an active member of the Clinton Community YMCA Board of Directors.

    Dean initially joined Anderson Ford Mercury's sales department as a sales consultant from 1993 until 1998 and he has been AFM's Sales Manager since 2003.  He has always had a passion for automobiles.  Instead of dreaming about making jump shots or catching that long pass, when Dean was younger, he dreamed of buying an old car and fixing it up.  His father taught and coached basketball, track, and football for thirteen years at Octavia High School.  Dean was raised in Colfax, IL and graduated from Peru St. Bede High School in 1982.  He went on to study Mathematics at Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, IL  and graduated in 1986.  He is also Ford Master Certified.  Dean's favorite pastime is spending time with his wife, Dawn (who is a CPA in Bloomington), and his three children, Samantha, Andrew, and Amanda.

    Born and raised in the central Illinois area, Christina has been a member of the Anderson Ford Team since 2005. Christina looks forward to helping customers with their automotive needs.  In her free time she likes to spend time with her family.

    Steve Pyne is the business manager here at Anderson Ford-Mercury. He grew up in Lexington, Illinois and has known Randy and Ann since their high school days. Steve and Dean Carlson have also been friends for nearly 18 years. Steve has been married to wife, Katy, for nearly 24 years and they have two children. Son Casey is 21 and playing golf for Lewis University near Chicago, and daughter Kelly, is 17 and a junior at Bloomington High School. She is also on the girls' golf team there. Steve says, "One of the main reasons I joined Anderson Ford was not only my familiarity with the people, but the professionalism and honesty this dealership expects. I purchased my last car here and was thoroughly impressed with the customer service I received. I knew this was a group of Class A people who are honest and truly want the best for the customers. I look forward to a long and prosperous career here at Anderson Ford."

    Rex has been selling vehicles at Anderson Ford since 1990.  He is a native to Clinton, IL and graduated from Clinton Community High School in 1965.  Rex first became involved in car sales through his wife, Sandy.  Sandy was a sales consultant at Anderson Ford and in August of 1988, Rex came to work for six weeks for Sandy while she was recovering from surgery.  Rex enjoyed that six weeks so much that in August of 1990, he came to work full-time as a sales consultant.  Rex is a Ford Mastered Certified Sales Consultant and is the recipient of numerous sales awards.  Most recently he received the Professional Sales Association Sales Award, a prestigious award that is only granted to 100 Sales Consultants in the entire nation from a select group.  He has also been Anderson Ford's Sales Consultant of the Year for nineteen years, from 1992 through 2010.  Rex is active in the First Christian Church of Clinton.  He and Sandy enjoy spending time with their great-grandchildren and eating at good restaurants.

    Patrick has been employed at Anderson Ford Mercury as a sales consultant since March of 2005.  He is a native of Clinton, IL and graduated from Clinton Community High School in 1973.  From 1985-2002, Patrick lived in Dallas, Texas and in 2002, he moved back to Clinton to be closer to his family.  Patrick's father owned and operated Pete's Body and Sign Shop in Clinton until his retirement in 1976 and helped to instill a love for automobiles in him.  His interests include researching Native American history & culture, graphic design, and antiques. Patrick is a Ford Certified Sales Consultant as well as a Certified Roush, Saleen, Steeda and Shelby GT Sales Consultant.

    Jeff began his sales career at Anderson Ford in October  2011 after retiring with 25 years of service from a local direct mail printing plant.  A life-long passion for Ford's dating back to his father's 1967 Mustang (to his 4th and current 2010 F150) as well as his loyalty to the Anderson Dealership led to his decision to join the sales team. A 1970 graduate of Clinton Community HS, Jeff went on to attend collegeat Southern IL University at Carbondale.
    He and his wife Pam enjoy time with their two children Aaron and Laura
    and their grandson Colt. Jeff also enjoys working around his horse ranch,
    listening to his vinyl record collection, and collecting antiques.

    Tyler is originally from Stillman Valley IL and is a 2007 graduate of Stillman Valley High School. He then spent 4 years at Eureka College, studying History and Political Science, as well as being involved in many extracurricular activities.  After spending Summer 2011 in the painting business he joined the Anderson Ford team in October.  Tyler is an Eagle Scout and enjoys spending his spare time fishing, camping and generally being outdoors.

    Keith has lived in Central Illinois all his life.  He started building go-carts at the
    age of 10 and as he got older moved up to drag racing and then stock car racing. In his spare time Keith and his wife enjoy spending time with their grandchildren, driving around in their 1932 Ford Street Rod or driving NASCARS at Joliet Speedway. Keith has been in the automotive business for 45 years and says he really enjoys helping people.

    Hailing from the Big City of Bloomington, Brian came to Anderson Ford from the Powersports industry all the way back in '96.  This background was a big plus in the transition into the famed Motorsport Department of Anderson Ford.  Brian is happily married and has 3 children, 3 dogs, and a cat.  In his free time, Brian enjoys motorcycling and spending time with his family.

    Danny is the DynoJet Tuner & Performance Service Coordinator for Anderson Ford Motorsport as well as the Warranty Administrator for Anderson Ford.  Danny has been with Anderson Ford Motorsport since 1989 and has over 31 years of Racing Experience IDA, Drag Bike, NHRA, National records in DD/G, DD/A and DD/XG Driver of FFW Street 5.0 1990-94. He first went down the drag strip in 1964 in a 46 Ford Coupe equipped with 280 c.i stroked flathead with three Stromberg  94 carburetors, 3/4 Isky camshaft and three on the column Shifter.

    Stephani began her sales career at Anderson Ford due to her enjoyment in customer relations in March 2010.  After working in the food service management, she's excited about the career change and looks forward to helping customers with their automotive needs.  Stephani graduated from Clinton High School in 2004 then moved on to attain her associates degree from Richland Community College.  She is currently attending Illinois State University part-time to double major in public relations & sociology.  In her spare time, Stephani enjoys spending time with friends and family.
